Configuring A New Email Account - Outlook Express

Step 1: Click Tools and then Accounts...

Step 2: Click the Mail tab in the top left corner of the windows, then click on Add and then Mail...


Step 3: Enter your name in the box and then click Next



Step 4: Enter your Email address in the box and then click Next



Step 5: Enter mail.yourdomain.com in the Incoming Mail box, then enter mail.yourdomain.com in the Outgoing Mail box. Click Next when finished



Step 6: Enter your email address in the Account Name box, then enter the password for that user name in the Password box. check Remember password, and then click Next



Step 7: Click Finish to complete the process



Step 8: Click Close



Step 9: Click on Tools - Accounts - Click on Mail tab - Select email account just created - click on the Properties button on the right side - click on the Servers tab - Under Outgoing Mail Server, check the option My server requires authetication - Click on Apply - Click Ok



Step 10: Finally click Send/Recv to test your new Email account, and see if you receive any mail
